Three steps from inquiry to full bharosa.
Tell us about the match
Fill a detailed intake form — community-specific questions, expectations, and the match's details in Canada.
We meet them in person
We meet the match in person — anywhere in Southern Ontario, openly and with their written consent. We observe genuinely — no hidden cameras, no tricks.
You receive the full report
A detailed written report with photos, honest observations, and our gut feel. Delivered to your dashboard within the agreed timeline.
Why families choose Vicholan
Real in-person meeting
Not a background check from a database — a real meeting where we sit across from your match and observe how they actually live. We see the apartment, the lifestyle, and the person behind the bio-data.
Honest observation
We tell you what we saw, even when it's not what you hoped to hear. Our job is clarity, not comfort. Parents trust us because we speak plainly — the good and the uncomfortable.
Respectful to everyone
The match meets us openly, knowing exactly who sent us and why. No hidden cameras, no covert recording — ever. This protects their dignity and gives your family information you can trust.
Three ways we can help
From a single meeting to a full lifestyle assessment, choose the level of detail that fits your family. Pay as we deliver each stage. Stop anytime.

We're a new service — and proud of it
Vicholan is launching in 2026. We're starting with a small number of families to make sure every case gets the attention it deserves.
We don't have testimonials yet — and we won't fake them. When our first families share their experience, you'll read their words here, unedited.
If you'd like to be one of our founding families, we'd love to work with you — and we'll work harder than we ever will again.

Your questions, answered
Will the match know why you're meeting them?+
Yes, always. We introduce ourselves openly and explain that we've been engaged by the family for a pre-matrimonial visit. This is stated clearly before we meet.
Is this legal in Canada?+
Yes. We meet people openly, with their knowledge and signed consent. We don't surveil, record without permission, or access any private information.
Is this like a private investigator?+
No. Private investigators often work covertly. We are the opposite — everything is transparent. Think of us as a trusted family friend, not a PI.
What exactly do you observe?+
Lifestyle, living situation, demeanour, honesty of bio-data claims (job, education, marital history), family values, and any red flags worth knowing.
How long does the process take?+
From intake to report delivery: 7–14 days for standard packages, 5 days for express. Timeline depends on the match's availability for the meeting.
