How It Works
From your first message to a complete, honest report — here's the full process.

Submit the intake form
Tell us about the match, your community, your expectations, and what you'd like us to focus on. The form branches based on your community — Punjabi, Gujarati, Haryanvi, and others each have specific fields.

Pay the deposit
50% upfront via Stripe (CAD). Indian families pay in CAD; your card issuer handles the conversion. This confirms your case and allows us to begin logistics.

We send the consent request
We contact the match via WhatsApp or email with a consent link. They read exactly what the visit entails and digitally sign before anything proceeds.

The meeting happens
Our representative meets the match in person — at a café, their home, or wherever is agreed. We observe genuinely. No hidden recording. No tricks.

Report is written and reviewed
We write a structured report with photos, observations, and honest commentary. You can see the report structure on our Sample Report page.

You receive the report
The report is uploaded to your dashboard. You pay the balance, download the PDF, and get on a call with us to walk through it together.
What we DO
- ✓Meet the match openly, with their knowledge and consent
- ✓Observe lifestyle, living arrangement, demeanour
- ✓Cross-check bio-data claims (job, education, marital history)
- ✓Give you an honest gut-feel assessment
- ✓Be available for a follow-up call to answer your questions
What we DON'T do
- ✗Surveil, spy, or record without permission
- ✗Access anyone's private records or social media covertly
- ✗Make the decision for you — we provide information
- ✗Work with families who have not obtained the match's consent
